Does it runs out battery faster if you installed? or That was a problem of the first version of BSD subsystem?

    Thanks in advance!
BSD does not drain your battery. I think you mistaken with openSSH which people claim that it drains battery and most people shut if off via services app. Note: openSSH runs as a daemon on the phone listenning on port 22 for incoming requests.

You don't need the entire BSD instal to run anySIM, however, it may need some of the binary such as rm, mv, cp and something else to run. Those binaries are in BSD therefore we just "shotgun" install the entire BSD.

Anyway, you can unlock the phone without using installing openssh, using winscp/fugu - The main thing you need is the installer app. run the installer app, add some sources (such as i.unlock.no or ) . ONce additional sources are added, you will be able to see anySIM 1.1 or 1.1.2u via the installer.

if you add http://rep.frenchiphone.com as a source in installer you can add AnySim via installer

    no need for bsd
