How to totally restore iphone1.1.1 to factory default
Hi all,
I have an OTB 1.1.1 iphone and follow the process of wiki approach.
jailbreak+activate+AnySim 1.1.1
Currently my questions are below.
1. Is the seczone changed?
2. Is the NCK zero?
3. Is the Modem's firmware touched?
If I restore to 1.1.4 directly,
will the seczone restored to factory default status?
will the nck be zero?
will the modem version be 1.1.1's build-in one or 1.1.4's build-in one?
If I follow the process to crack 1.1.4 iphone
iplus or ziphone, jailbreak+activate+unlock
Will the process be OK and safe to upgrade to 1.1.4?
I just wonder if the NCK is not zero or the seczone is not restore, I am taking the risk to BRICK my iphone!!!
Any idea is really appreciated!
TIA
Peter

Will AnySim 1.1.1 change the baseband?
Will the itune restore to 1.1.4 fireware action
restore the baseband back to 1.1.4 build-in baseband version or else?
Any risk?
Thanks!

All of the AnySim's will modify your current baseband. None of them will upgrade them.
If you restore to 1.1.4 with iTunes then your baseband will be upgraded.
It does not matter what version of the baseband you have as all can be unlocked. Download iPlus, iLiberty or ZiPhone to unlock it.
I suggest you restore to 1.1.4 and use iLibertyX or iPlus 2.0b to unlock your phone.

If you at OTB 1.1 :iphone: with Anysim 1.1 unlock just update to 1.4 and use you poison of choice iPlus2.0b would be mine.
No need to worry about NCK counter or Seczone they are not changed with updating/unlocking to 1.1.4
And yes 1.4 carries a new baseband 04.04.05_G

Thanks very much for your confirmation.
Also I would like to confirm if the AnySim 1.1.1 has changed the below in my OTB 1.1.1 iphone
seczone
NCK
I would like to understand my current status of my iphone.
As I am not sure if there is a special requirement to upgrade to iphone 2.0?
Thanks!
Peter
