yes you do have to downgrade to 1.1.1 again (to install oktoprep for jailbreak) you don't have to re-unlock though.. the baseband will stay unlocked! so it aint really pretty but it works!
the guides shoulf guide you through quite easily!
oh and and thanks for the linkage guazamalleta
(i am still looking for some norton-ghost-kindathing, just backup the whole working phone and whenever it goes wrong restore the image.. any nifty programmers out there? )

You must be bring your phone to DFU mode before restore to 1.1.1 fw. Restore map below:
1.1.2 problem -> Enter DFU mode -> Manual restore to 1.1.1 fw -> Boot the iPhone to normal mode (use iBrickr) -> Jailbreak 1.1.1 (use TouchFree or http://jailbreakme.com) -> Install OktoPrep (use Installer) -> Update (not restore) to 1.1.2 -> Install iWorld to fix crarsh 1.1.2 (choose country that u want to use)

Thanks a lot, it worked perfectly. The only thing was, that I had to jailbreak the phone again like described on ifoneguide.com, after I had updated to 1.1.2.
