1) Try upgrading the baseband:
bbupdater -e ICE03.14.08_G.eep -f ICE03.14.08_G.fls
2) Then ieraser
helped me...

got that when run bbupdater: Error: Failed to download .FLS: Could not verify downloaded image.
and still problem like picture showed!
Any ideas?

Ok guys. It seems it really works with all 1.1.1.
But which methods are u guys using to downgrade it?
And before starting this method do we need to jailbreak?or not?

I had the same prob.
Great instructions btw Stealth, but you forgot to add the step of copying the rename secpak file into the usr/bin folder.
do that melbmoon, and you'll be right as rain
