"launchctl remove com.apple.CommCenter"
before erase.
otherwise, the com.apple.CommCenter will lost forever
even the WIFI will be dead.
But we could restore it by iTune.

So i understand these steps are only on how to fix the baseband and you need to follow the steps on downgrading at the dev team website (http://iphone.fiveforty.net/wiki/ind...1.1.1_to_1.0.2)
