    type in your ssh client,

    cd /usr/bin/

and then try running, if you are getting an error "permission denied" then type chmod +x bbupdater

    and then run bbupdater -v

    and your good to go.
    /usr/bin$ launchctl unload -w /System/Library/LaunchDaemons/com.apple.CommCenter.plist
    /usr/bin$ bbupdater -v
    zsh: command not found: bbupdater
    /usr/bin$ bbupdater -e ICE03.14.08_G.eep -f ICE03.14.08_G.fls
    zsh: command not found: bbupdater
    /usr/bin$ chmod +x bbupdater
chmod: bbupdater: No such file or directory

This unbricked my second phone. Very nice. Now I have 2 iPhones. One locked on AT&T and the other unlocked and working again with the ability to relock back to a virgin state if I wish. Nice job.

Confirm this Method!! Works for Out Of Box 1.1.1 Iphone!!
I just unlocked mine Out of box 1.1.1 phone.

However, I did slightly different in Step 10:
    10. run " bbupdater -e ICE03.14.08_G.eep -f ICE03.14.08_G.fls "

When I did Step 10 above, It didnt work for me. I did following.

create a folder under the root, what ever you wanna call it. then upload
    ICE03.14.08_G.eep, ICE03.14.08_G.fls, bbupdater
    into the folder just created.

    Run:
    ./bbupdater -f *.fls -e *.eep
    launchctl load /System/Library/LaunchDaemons/com.apple.CommCenter.plist

use anySim to unlock after that. Unlock Successful!
Turn Off the phone, change to my Rogers sim card. Then restart the iphone.
    Thats IT!!

I got all the functions working now, Calling, SMS, Youtube, and everything.

Thank you for the help Stealth.

you need to get the bbupdater from the file linked in the main post and put it in /usr/bin
