There are several days I'm searching on the whole forum hints to solve my issue regarding my iPhone:

I had a OTB 1.0.2 iPhone activated and jailbroken to 1.1.1 with iNdependence 1.2.5 and unlocked with anySIM 1.1 with Mac.

The device worked fine for few days, then suddenly: No Wi-Fi (mac address blank).
I have restored 1.1.1 and then back to 1.0.2 but with BB still 04.01.13_G.

I'll like to downgrade my BB, but as I don't have wi-fi and I don't have utility programs already installed on my iPhone, I'm stuck.

I dunno if there are a way out for this situation... can you please help me?

    thanks

    type in your ssh client,

    and then run bbupdater -v

    and your good to go.

Hey guys, I'm lost on what to do next.....

I've tried every method I can find out there among the thousands of posts and dozens of walk-throughs but nothing seems to work and I believe I'm not alone.

    Here's my situation:
    - Bought a v1.1.1 phone
    - successfully jailbreak'd it and anysim'd it using the iphone.unlock.no method. was working fine for several days
    - installed some app which caused me to get the invalid SIM error
    - tried several recovery methods but finally realized that downgrading phone and baseband to try and recover was my only option
    - successfully downgraded to v1.0.2 and baseband 3.14.08.
    - successfully jailbroke again with ibrickr/AppTappInstaller/etc

    However, my problem remains:
    - bad IMEI 04999xx
    - no wifi
    - no bluetooth
    - invalid SIM error

    I've tried:
    http://modmyifone.com/forums/showthread.php?t=10461
    http://modmyifone.com/forums/showthread.php?t=14623

    http://www.hackint0sh.org/forum/showthread.php?t=14384
    http://code.google.com/p/iphone-elit...irginizingTool
    and others....

I've tried with my AT&T SIM in, my desired SIM in, no SIM....all combinations thereof....no luck.

At this point, I have no more options to try unless someone can lead me to another path or point out something I may have missed.

    thanks.

hey! your method is great! i unlocked my iphone it worked! but my friend bought an iphone 3 days ago from the USA that i couldn t unlock!!!! the Firmware is not working... first, after formatting the phone (to 1.0.2) i run bbupdater -v and it tells me that the FrimWare is 04.02.13_G, that's normal... but when i run ieraser, it tells me at the end of the operation: Hopefully the main flash was erased, wait for the next step... when i re-run bbupdater it mustn't find any Firmware logically! but it is!! i can't delete this #$^#^%#$%^#@ FirmWare!!!!
    Waht is the problem?? thx
(I tryed many times and re-re-re-re-format the iPhone using all kinds of itune)
