Default How to manually restore iPhone firmware?

Now 1.1.1 firmware is out, and I cannot use iTunes to restore my iPhone to 1.0.3 since its nagging me to check updates and refuse to get me restore on my old firmware sitting in my hard drive. Any way to do so with unix command?

Shift + click restore or update in iTunes and you will be able to choose which firmware you want to restore/update to. You must have the corresponding firmware downloaded (ISPW). Note that if you've already updated to 1.1.1, you will not be able to go back.
