How to get from unlocked/jailbroken 1.1.3 to 1.1.4
Hi there.
I honestly have searched everywhere and have looked at some of the threads here regarding how to tackle updating to 1.1.4 from a 1.1.3 unlocked/jailbroken iphone.
Some threads only show from a certain step onwards so hence me making this thread to all who wants to know (including me).
Do I need to downgrade it?
Do I need to restore it in itunes or can I just run the ziphone?
These questions are bugging me...
Would anyone please just explain step 1 to step whatever...
I would greatly appreciate it.
Also, what is this I hear regarding ziphone skrewing up a warranty with Iphone due to something regarding 3.9? Is it reversible? Can you undo it to still get your warranty back?
Thanks for all the answers that will come... I am from South Africa so im 1 of about 200 people in the country with an Iphone....unfortunately we don't have a clue LOL
Thanks again for the help guys/gals...

To update your FW from 1.1.3, you will need to do it through iTunes.
Ziphone will downgrade your iPhone from BL 4.6 to 3.9 if you select "do it all", iPlus does not. If your BL is downgraded Apple can tell.
You need to research and read more about hacking the iPhone.
Gort! Klaatu barada nikto!
