add this source to installer: http://hackthatphone.com/1.xml and then install BB info.
If you have BL4.6 you are FUCKEDDDDDDDD and if you have 3.9 you are a luky guy.

You won't be able to find the firmware at the date of purchase very easily but usually the baseband (Modem Firmware under Settings -> General Settings -> About) would tell you what it is running currently. If the phone is unactivated you can use the Emergency dialpad and dial *3001#12345#* to get the baseband.

Basebands usually tell you the firmware:

    03.xx.xx_G is before 1.0.2
    04.01.13_G is 1.1.1
    04.02.13_G is 1.1.2
    04.03.13_G is 1.1.3

To find out about the bootloader is a bit more difficult. You'd have to run a command within the iPhone via Terminal or through a SSH client off your PC/Mac. Either way you'd have to have a jailbroken phone to do it. This is the only way that I know of so enlighten me if you find out a easier method:

Just read the beginning of the first page. It tells you how to find out about the bootloader.

Yeah you should be able to update to 1.1.3, downgrade to 1.1.1 then run the i.unlock.no's virginizer to go to 04.01.13 baseband. Then from there you have a whole whack of options as to what to do next.

0049 imei can be repaired with a package called The Virginizer, to install add this source: http://i.unlock.no.

Important. If you are going to run The Virginizer you have to be on firmware 1.1.1 and then restore again.
