Default How do you set permission to 0755 to the directory anySim.app and the FILE

On the phone, I have created a new folder under root called Applications.
There i have copied the whole aniSIM.app folder.
My problem is that I don't know how to set the permission to 0755 on the files under that folder.
    Can someone help please?

You're doing something wrong. You have to double click the " .. " (in WinSCP iPhone folder listing) to go up until you seen a already made Applications(You said you created one). in THAT folder you have to copy anysim and set the permissions!
