I have an iphone which is ziphoned, and have no carrier signal. I used iLiberty and pwnage tool but didn't fix the problem, so there is something wrong in it but I don't know what.

So I want to completely turn my iPhone back to the factory setting to make it default by using ziphone's refurbish feature and just unlock it by methods other than ziphone.

Is this possible? or is something permanently changed by ziphone and there is no turning back??

try not using ziphone anymore.

you can use iliberty to reflash your baseband but you need to be on BL 3.9 to do that.

If you are on BL 4.6 you can use bootneuter to put it on 3.9 and then reflash your baseband with iliberty after that you can restore to 1.1.4 with itunes and use iliberty to jailbreak and activate and bootneuter to neuter unlock and upgrade your BL back to 4.6
