What firmware is the phone on? What iTunes are you on? I you did reset to factory settings then you need to just run the software to jailbreak and unlock, but with out knowing what firmware your phone has been reset to or the version of iTunes you were on we really can't give anymore information.
Yeah. I'm an iPhoneaholic so what!!!!!
    All jailbroken and unlocked!!!!!

If your did a restorer in iTunes 8.2 you probably have 2.2 restored to 2.2 firmware.

    goto http://www.iclarified.com/entries/in...scid=11&seid=1

Use quickpwn for 2.2 to jailbreake and unlock your phone and you be good to go.

    1. Get your phone and hook it up to iTunes.
    2. Once connected, right-click on the device in the list and select 'Backup'. You might also want to do the rest while you're there too for safety such as 'Sync' and 'Transfer purchases'.
    3. Restore the iPhone either through iTunes (hit the 'Restore' button when the device is connected)
    4. When finished, you'll be asked to restore from backup or set up as a new phone. Pick the second option (backup) and select the backup. It should be the one from Step 2 (note the date/time).

It will only delete everything from the iPhone, not your iTunes library/backups there. Sync and backup first before you do anything.
