Background:

Have an OTB1.1.2, trying to activate and jailbreak. Got the Oktoprep not installed error message, although i did install Oktoprep. Decided to start all over again..


Problem:

Now itunes does not recogise my iphone! I have another iphone and it works fine, but this one doesn't! Been doing what other threads have suggested:

1. Change USB Port
2. keep restarting iphone
3. keep restarting itunes
4. uninstall/install itunes

none of the above work. can anyone advise me please?

update:

tried it on a mac running itunes 7.5 as well as another winxp pc running itunes 7.4.3

both can't detect. I'm getting worried. please help..

can someone Pls help?? Have I bricked my phone?? Is there any way out? Thanks.

Tru putting it in DFU mode and restore back to original state. Start again from there.

Ok, well I have a jailbroken 1.1.2 phone that has tons of upgrades and changes to sound, etc. I tried to connect to iTunes and nothing. Restarted both phone and computer, nothing. Reinstalled iTunes, nothing. How can i get connected to iTunes without restarting my phone and losing everything i have changed.

Anybody?? I know this has happened to someone and they fixed it. Little help anyone?
