I have tried to unlock the iphone with "jailbrakme.com" but now the itunes can not recognized the iphone in order to restore it!

try entering it into DFU mode by holding down the Sleep + Home buttons for *exactly* ten seconds then letting go of the sleep button and keep holding the home button until iTunes see's it. if this doesn't work try using iBrickr to force DFU mode. Also try rebooting iPhone and comp
