I need serious help!

My iPhone won't do anything but keep showing the Apple logo (the startup logo)

I have tried restoring / cleaning old restore files / new itunes. Everything.

This is how it all happened:

1 - I took it out of the box
2 - Restored for new firmware using itunes
3 - Ran winInstallerGUI
4 - iphone went into RECOVERY MODE - Broke ever since

I have tried SO MANY different things, that I don't even remember what I've tried.

ANY HELP? PLEASE?

I'm using Windows Vista. Have unlocked 2 phones without a problem before.

Hi. Ok, let me ask you something. When you took it out of the box, did it showed the activation screen on it, or did it showed the apple logo all the time?
I that's the case, then it camed bad from store. I had the SAME problem a while back with a phone. Tried everything. Took it to store, they told me some phones had that problem. They replaced it in a sec.

I remember seeing the activation screen once.

Its a refurb from apple.com

Do you think I could just take it to the store and get it replaced? Won't they know that I tried to unlock it?

I would still prefer to troubleshoot the device rather than take it to the store.

winInstallerGUI even goes all the way. It says JAILBREAK COMPLETE! But the screen is still all jacked up!

When I try to shut it off completely holding down the power and home button, and then restart it by pressing power button, it goes back to the good ol' apple logo screen.

W! T! F!!
