Default [Help] How to restore to 1.1.4?

I tried using pwnage to unlock/jailbreak and I messed up horribly. the iPhone keeps saying it's not activated and itunes is showing this message:

I tried to go to DFU mode and restore to factory settings, but the same thing happened. I could not shift-restore because I don't have the program to restore with.

can someone help me out? I'd greatly appreciate it, and it would ease my frustration to get this thing working again

If you are not using a custom firmware I would use iLiberty+ to do the jailbreak etc after the restore.

Also what version of iTunes are you on?
Are you downgrading or just restoring?
