Help! "connect to iTunes" after jailbroken and anysim
dear all,
I'm sorry if it sounds stupid. If you have any idea, please help. thanks a million.
I had an activated 1.1.1. I jailbroke it with Appsnapp. It was fine and I love it.
I decided to install and run anysim 1.1 from the Installer so I can use it on my trip next week. Anysim ran through fine without an error msg. At the end it said the phone is unlocked.
When I tried to put in an old disabled SIM in, it said a diff car is detected and asked me to connect to iTunes. So it is not unlocked?
The phone is now at Version 1.1.1 (3A109a), firmware is 04.01.13_G. It is a phone from the 44th week.
Thanks

Sorry. what do you mean by the restore and run the whole thing?
So restore it to 1.1.1? my itune won't let me pick firmware file. It just force me to do 1.1.2 even with the command key and click? I'm not sure about the status of my phone, will the process brick the phone?

Isn't Option key on Mac/shift on windows?
(my Apple experiences are very limited)

Alright, I was a moron, I should do "alt/opt" and click in iTune.
Thanks!!
OK, now after jailbroke and ran Anysim. While not sure if I unlock it or not (probably not because it wont' take a unless old AT&T SIM and complained "diff SIM"), will I brick it if I ran restore with 1.1.1 firmware?
Thanks. I'm really looking forward to get out of AT&T and not paying $2 per min for making a call outside.
