hey all, I have a iphone that was 1.1.2 then downgraded to 1.1.1 and jailbroken, I installed anysim 1.1.2 on the phone and it opens but where it says slide to unlock nothing happens, any ideas? I have the att sim in still would putting the foreign sim card in make a difference, any help is greatly appreciated

is it a brand new OTB 1.1.2?

it sounds like the anysim.app file doesn't have 755 file permissions. Anyone have any ideas?

1.1.2 OTB phones cannot be unlocked with anysim.

the phone is from august, I specifically asked the guy off ebay please dont put 1.1.2 on there but he appearently can't read, so it has the old bootloader, its so strange it loads but just the slide to unlock thing is dead, Im running it on a 1.1.1 jailbreak, would changing it to 1.1.2 help?

make sure the folder for anysim on your phone says anySIM.app, not some other variant of that, caps matter

its on there just like that, im using Iphonebrowser to put the folder on there, is there something I could use that might be better? I tried using simfree but it just keeps saying phone is not authorized for unlocked and I looked at the FAQ and it means the imei isnt getting to them?, Im a complete n00b at this, This is why I like working at T-mobile, if you can and ask to have a phone unlocked we just do it

ok well I actually got anySIM to work and it says its unlocked but when I put my sim in it said sim card changed please connect to Itunes and no phone or signal youtube ect... but it took the sim

anyone else had this problem or know a fix for it?
