Have I Modified My BaseBand Will Paypal for answer.
QQ Have I modified my base band.
I have an OTB 1.1.1 with 04.01.13_G...
I used ibrickr to downgrade to 1.0.2 (1C28), jail broke then installed and ran the old anysim which because of the 04.02.04_G baseband didnt work.
I now have a jail broken phone with 1.0.2 and 04.01.13_G that is still sim locked.
My questions are....
1. Have I modified the baseband, seeing that the old anysim unlock was unsucessful?
2. can I safely restore to factory 1.1.1 and how? and then use the new anysim 1.1?
I understand that everyone is busy, this phone is a gift for my girlfriend and I will happily paypal anyone who can give me an answer?

Well, you will have to follow the baseband downgrade guide. Then you could use the old anysim to unlock. I don't think you can upgrade to 1.1.1 anymore because you have modded with the firmware but I need someone to confirm this. A 1.0.2 firmware with 04.01.13_G is very unstable. It could brake your phone. PM me if I helped.

I think the old anysim didn't have the secpack for the new firmware - and I don't think you did anything to your firmware - try to unlock it using anysim 1.1

Follow this guide. It will help you. http://www.hackint0sh.org/forum/showthread.php?t=11542
EDIT: How much are you willing to pay. I need a little bit of money to buy an iPhone.

I used Ibrick to downgrade to 1.02 and jailbreaking o.k. I plan to use anySim 1.1 to unlock the phone..
Could anyone please give me instruction of how to use anySim 1.1 with Ibrickz. I used Unlock-fast.pxl to unlocked 1.02...
my Ibrickz can't see any .pxl file to put into phone even I downloaded anySim1.1.pxl... it has no .pxl file.

Did you downgrade the firmware also? You can just rename the .app file to a .pxl file. It should work. I don't have an iPhone in front of me so I can't check. (needs confirmination)

I put my rogers sim in and get the message "This iphone must be used with an approved SIM"
When I ran anysim I got the message...
"Please restart your iphone"
"The Firmware on this iphone has already been patched
anysim will now quit. Please turn off your phone and
turn it on again after anysim quits"
My IMEI in settings goes blank after running old any sim and then when I restart it shows the original IMEI the phone came with.
Thx
