I just bought 2 phones the other day and I was told that one of them has the usuall 7u730 serial but ther other has a serial that begins with a YM

Has anyone seen a serial number like this on any of there boxes??? Please help because if you haven't I'm gonna have my friend exchange it

I own an iPhone from the first batch of iPhones supplied to Apple Stores in the US and the Serial Number starts with YM724.......... So maybe this is a good thing.

well lets hope you are right and thanks for th response my box reads ym706........I was concerned because I hadn't seen a post about that combination and though maybe it was a new batch of serials with the new firmware
