downgrade from 1.1.1 to 1.0.2 to the point where you get yellow itunes connect thing...tell them that your computer shut off in the middle of the update to 1.1.1 and now you are stuck on this screen no matter how many times u try to restore it and now all of your things are lost...what will apple do to help you??

If they tried a restore to 1.1.1 it would work and the IMEI would be there in all its glory.
