Yes. Reinstall the BSD Subsystem and Terminal, then reboot the iPhone. Once it is turned back on open up Terminal. You should see '#' and be able to type after the '#'. Enter each line one by one and press enter/return after each one.
I left my iPhone connected to the computer while I was doing this. When it came to the point of copying the seczone I just opened iBrickr on the computer copied the file and continued within Terminal. (What i'm saying is that I never quit Terminal. Just leave the iPhone at that point, copy the file using the computer, then return to the iPhone for the next command).
Hope this helps.

Why make it hard, when i can be done easy?
I have set up a fully automatic virginize script that can be done directly from Installer. Just add http://i.unlock.no as a repository, and you have access to the virginizer in the Unlocking Tools category. BSD Subsystem must be installed first. More info here: http://iphone.unlock.no/#already-unlocked-virginize
It took me less then 4 minutes from i powered on my phone, to the phone was fixed and ready to upgrade.
NOTE: Only run this if your baseband is 03.x! If you have 04.x you need to downgrade baseband first (i'm working on a solution for that). Firmware 1.1.1 is OK as long as baseband FW is 03.x

I followed the guide and it worked great! I now have a fully unlocked 1.1.1 phone .
The only issue I had was when I ran:
./norz seczone.backup 0x3FA000 0x2000
This caused a permanent "waiting for data..." with no data written to the seczone.backup file. I manually reloaded the comms with:
launchctl load -w /System/Library/LaunchDaemons/com.apple.CommCenter.plist
and then unloaded it off again with:
launchctl unload -w /System/Library/LaunchDaemons/com.apple.CommCenter.plist
and the norz command then worked great! Overall, an excellent guide. Thanks! See you all again for 1.1.2!
