But could you explain putty and winscp a little more? Most of us people here arent very good at how things work including me.

So if you can make it baby steps for those two things then it will be reallllly appreciated

About that "Reading Ipod flash image" thing. It just keeps going till the bar reaches the end and starts allover again. It doesn't go to the next step nor asks for a restart. Oh and I just let it do this like 30 minutes...must have been running to the end of the progres bar like 20 times.
I went on the tiff exploit site with Safari browser on the iphone previously and I also stoped all itunes procceses running (except: Apple Mobile Device).
What else could it be?
