the red circle is att visual voicemail notification. since its not on att it errors out and leaves the red dot. I think once you call ur Vm it should go away.

I figured it out, the only way to get rid of it is to have voicemail subscribed from your provider...

I tried a new sim on my iPhone that had voicemail subscribed and the circle went away

Btw how do u take screenshots of the iphone? can someone teach me?

touchfree keeps crashing at step 3 :S anbody know what i can do??

FYI....if you just let safari SIT on the failed screen the wifi selection box will automatically come up.

Takes about 1-2 minutes, but it comes up on it's own.

I finally did it!!! It took me almost a week, but these instructions were the key. Here are the TMO snapshots from today, as you can see in the Springboard. Cheers and good luck to all.

You need to load Erica's Utilities. They are in the Installer app. Once you install them, open up a session of WinSCP and go to /usr/local/bin/
You will then hit Control T and type this command: ./snap2album
and that's it. It takes a couple of seconds to snap the photo of your springboard, but you hear it. Immediately go to your iPhone photos, and there it it. Voila.
