Guess, have to wait for Dev team to do something about the new boot loader.

Should I try to DFU up to 1.1.2 and try to add the 1.1.2 baseband to fix my phone???
I am really not very sure about this as I have yet to experience a 1.0.2 without baseband.

Theoretically, maybe it is possible to restore the 03.xx baseband using bbupdater? Do you have access to your iPhone via iBrickr/iNdependence..etc?

Could this be taken as a virginizer? does this resets the unlock counter too?

    Cool

You just need to use the 1.1.2 Secpack, not the 1.1.1 , them ieraser can delete the Baseband Firmware.

Have you tried that ? many people have tried that and it didn't work... the new bootloader isn't allowing, even using the new secpack... but if you DID it, please let me know....

Quick question: If I do this on an IPSF phone will it still cause my IMEI to go wonky or will it not change anything for me?

    Anyone had the same problem?

Technically, you can restore to 1.0.2 from 1.1.1.
    Hum ....
Not sure about the version number here. But I do recall that with itunes 7.4.2 you can go from 1.1.1 back to 1.0.2 directly (pretty sure about this because that how I unbricked some phones...). Thanks for the info. I'll keep an eye on this.

did IPSF make ur IMEI go wonky? How? My IMEI came back all good after the downgrade. The imei did disappear when i tried erasing using the wrong (04.01xxx) secpack. But after I restarted the iPhone, my imei came back.
