i do have att sim and service before
but when i updated to 1.1.3 it said on itunes that my phone maybe damage and i need it to go to the apple store

that was not my intention but i do have something that can help.
there is a way to atleat use the iphone as a cool looking ipod
and using the apps.

you could restore to 1.1.3 them restore twice to 1.1.2 and use the *#306#
to activated also here you can jailbreak it them downgrade yous base band but first install the bsd from i.unlock.no
them you could work up to 1.1.2 and having jailbreak
but still no luck to fix the imei
all this thing are things that i have done but atleat youhave some cool looking iphone as an itouch
