Question Google maps trouble (iplus 1.1.4 phone)

So my phone just yesterday started having troubles with google maps. I am getting small repeating squares of a small bit of the map. So instead of properly displaying, I get what looks like a magic eye poster. The directions and the locate feature still work fine, but navigating can still be difficult because I can't see the map properly. Imagine one small square of the map tiled across the whole screen and then a purple line running across that with accurate directions. Has anyone else had this problem? My phone has been jailbroken for almost a month now without any issue. This just started suddenly yesterday while I was making a 10 hour drive and using the map function quite a bit. I have not restored the phone yet, as I can't until I get back home on Wednesday. I was hoping someone would have a solution that wouldn't require a restore. Anyone?

So just yesterday I found a little program on installer called "iLM." It allows you to clear the map tile cache. This fixed my problem in one click! It was super easy and my bet is that if it ever happens again, I can just run the program again. So if anyone else is having this problem, just download iLM to clear your map tile cache.
