Default [geohot BL 4.6 unlock] does restore to 1.1.3 put the phone back in original state?

If I unlock OTB 1.1.3 iPhone with geohot's method and after that I do 1.1.3 restore in iTunes, will then my iPhone will be back in the same state as it left the factory?

I tend to think that it is so. Geohot's method puts 1.1.2 baseband on the phone and it only touches baseband (right?). So if I do restore to 1.1.3 in iTunes then the phone will be again with 1.1.3 locked baseband.

Can somebody who is more experienced confirm this?
