anySIM 1.1.2 from elite team is really buggy. I got no luck for trying that. I tried those ultimate guide for 1.1.2 and still no luck. I also read through the forum and posts and still no luck.

But, I found that the jailbreak 1.1.2 method available from TUAW can actually help to jailbreak and activate 1.1.2 without AT&T account. here is my experience:

I am having fun with 1.1.2. And now go back to 1.1.1 with working phone function

Just a little experience sharing.

seems iphone elite found a way to have a working sms & phone app in 1.1.2

Maybe someone can try it, it is alot of work, like symlinks etc...

I tried their stuff actually. I used many way and try to enable the phone function under 1.1.2, but it just don't work.
