Error Code 1602 after reupgrade to 1.1.2 - Please see my screengrab

Please see screengrab. It shows the error message I get whenever I try to re-upgrade to 1.1.2 after doing the downgrade / activate / jailbreak / upgrade procedure. As soon as I upgrade to 1.1.2 in itunes I get the error code 1602. Anyone know what error 1602 is and how I can get around it?
Cheers

I have tried to do the "boot from recovery mode" option using Jailbreak.rar but it just seems to hang for AGES without actually doing anything. It says "sending commands" but the hard drive is quiet as if nothing is going on. This is about the 5th time I've been through the downgrade/activate/jailbreak/upgrade process and it fails at this stage every time.
Any suggestions welcome

hi mark,
I looked on the apple site and it says this error happens when you are trying to restore. The solution they offer is to uninstall iTunes and install version 7.5. Now, I have read on these forums that 7.5 is fine for hacked iPhones, so give it a shot and report back your results for the benefit of the community. Cheers

The best solution I can suggest it try it on another PC or try swapping the USB port over - for whatever reason iTunes is VERY sensative about that!

I had the same error - time and time again. The Apple fix does not fix it.
I tried trashing all sorts of prefs files, rebuilding iTunes, all a major PAIN!!! No luck!!
BUT:
The suggestion to try another computer is a good one. This was the solution for me. Fortunately it was my Powerbook. Have used it for the purpose 7 times and 7 successes.

I am using itunes 7.5
I will first try to do it with a different USB port (I'm in a hub at the moment) and failing that will try another computer.
Almost there! Fingers Crossed

Update:
I just tried to upgrade using a direct USB port instead of the hub I was using previously. I had different results as follows.
The update seemed to go OK.
When I ran Jailbreak.rar it started doing all of the processing etc (whereas before it didn't do anything at all) but I still got a message from itunes that the phone was in recovery mode. So I'm going to start all over again and see exactly what happened at the end (I was answering the door when the jailbreak.rar app finished its job so I don't know what happened really).
Failing that, I'll try it on my mum's windows machine and then again on my brothers mac mini.

Update:
I tried the update --> jailbreak.ral on my brother's mac mini and it went through fine.
I'm now on 1.1.2 and everything is fine and dandy
