I got the iphone (04.02.13_G) that i successfully activate and jailbreak

Everything work so fine (youtube, google map, itune.....)

I can't get EDGE working, i got the E sign when the wireless is off

I can't even find the EDGE under setting>general>network.

Is any1 out there having the same problem. if no how would do to fix it

what firmware? and did you install and 3rd party programs?

my iphone is week 42, firmware 1.1.2 OTB, 04.02.13_G uk iphone

its has been jailbreaken to use o2 pay and go sim

You won't be able to use EDGE with an O2 PAYG sim card - I don't think O2 has turned on EDGE for PAYG users.

You will still be able to do it via GPRS if you modify some files on the iPhone. Do a google search for O2_PayAndGo_GPRS_iPhone_1.1.2.zip. There's a readme file in there with all the instructions on it.
Even though you'll be able to use the maps feature and safari you won't be able to view youtube videos without being on WiFi (or having the iPhone think you're on EDGE [when the E is displayed] but it'll be slow and expensive. Also, you won't be able to download emails via GPRS. O2 don't allow you to download emails unless you are using an O2 email account.
