Easy unlocking method for 1.0.2 *PLEASE CONFIRM*
Today I will receive my 3rd iPhone, but I want to install anysim without installing hte installer or ibrickr.
Can I install anysim app with iNdependence, do I only need anysim app, or do I need something else?

I don't think you can. You have to jailbreak in order to install anySIM or any pxl and to run the pxl you will also need to use terminal or SSH which means that you need to jailbreak anyway, right?

Just do it the correct way. Dont forget the lockdownd file you have to move over too.

Well, of course, Activating with iNdepence and with the iPhone jailbroken.
Still need terminal or BSD or whatever?
The last time I unlocked an iPhone just installed the PXL daemon and anysim trough it. Didn't install anything else.
So using indepence, can I add the application and unlock without installing anything else?

This is how I did the job on an Intel Mac with my two iPhones and three others and I never had any problem, not a single one (FW 1.0.2).
I suppose you're doing this on a new phone, so here's a short one:
1. activate it using INdependence (this includes YouTube issue)
2. start apptapp installer to put install.app on your iPhone
3. add the install.app repo for AnySIM from the Dev Team Wiki (you just need to start it in Safari browser and it will ask for adding the repo to the install.app, you still need to install AnySIM afterwards from the install.app)
4. jailbreak iPhone (if not already jailbreaked) using INdependence
5. install with install.app Community Resources, BSD Subsystem and OpenSSH
6. install with install.app AnySIM
7. restart iPhone by pressing power and home button at the same time and wait until the Apple logo appears, let both buttons go immediately as soon as this happens
8. start AnySIM (make sure that your iPhone's key lock is turned off, also turn off BEFORE starting AnySIM the SIM PIN security (if turned on) and make sure that you have the SIM card in your iPhone you want to use with this phone.
9. you should be OK now
Also make sure that the iPhone is fully charged when doing this.
Some of the above steps may not seem necessary but trust me, this method worked great without ANY issue at all.
Make sure you change the root password from "dottie" to something else after unlocking, you can use INdependence for doing that. It is up to you if you leave SSH turned on and/or the jailbreak, it is more secure with those options turned off but you may have problems with installing third party software if they're "off".
The whole unlock takes around 15 minutes on a brandnew phone if you know what you're doing. Also make sure that while connecting your iPhone to iTunes (INdependence may ask for it), you don't accidentally accept the new FW 1.1.1 update. The above method works fine even with the latest iTunes version, there are also no issues with DRM protected iTunes shop music, videos, TV shows or movies, everything works fine like it should.

I searched and researched, from what I've read, don't use AnySim!
I used this guide, unlocked the phone in less than an hour. Whole process went very smooth.
A blonde walks into a computer store and asks for curtains. The sales rep asks "What do you need curtains for?". The blonde replies "I've got windows"

Are you saying that you can't use a different SIM card afterward? If not, is there a different (non-Mac) way to unlock a phone to use future SIM cards?

I have used iUnlock, anySIM v1.02 and iUnlock-fast , all work just fine.
