Easiest way to upgrade from 1.0.2 version phone to 1.1.1??

what is the easiest and best way to upgrade my 1.0.2 version to 1.1.1 and is it really worth upgrading or not??
i have several apps will i need to re-install them again or not?any help will be appreciated

are you unlocked? If you are then use this guide it by far is the easiest way to upgrade to 1.1.1 I used it and it worked flawlessly.

It is worthed my advise is do a virginize with this method:

Then use Carnaval guide to jailbreak, activate and after that run Anysim 1.1 to unlock.

remember you need to install BSD subsystem before running Anysim 1.1
