heyyy great forum... i'm really having trouble with 1.1.1. i will ask and please someone help me.

I had 1.0.2 fw iphone unlocked with anysim 1.02, 3 days ago i did the virginize method described here ( http://hackint0sh.org/forum/showthread.php?t=13561 ) and it worked perfect, jailbreaked with carnival, unlocked with anysim 1.1, and working great, calls in and out, sms in and out youtube wifi ipod , everything....

BUT.... it keeps freezin 4, 5 times a day, it stop playing music, and if i'm in any app it will go back as clicking the home button, but i'm not clicking it...

the questions are:

- what is making mi iPhone to behave like that... is the 1.1.1 fw, the mobile finder, the summerboard, the anysim 1.1, or what?
- what can i do to improve that, and make the phone work better
- can i downgrade to 1.0.2 even if i'm in a 1.1.1 unlocked by anysim 1.1? if i could, what should be the process??

The third part of your question is yes, you can restore to 1.0.2, activate and jailbreak, but no need to unlock, as it is already unlock with anysim 1.1.

if you did not downgrade baseband then no need to unlock.
if you downgrade OS + baseband from 4.x.x to 3.x.x then you need to unlock again - anySIM 1.1 of course (don't use any other)

@birdieman: what method of activation/jailbreak/unlock should i use, the one for 1.0.2 or 1.1.1.

@dtube: i can do that easy process if i dont downgrade the fw?

regarding the phone crashing and freezing. remove summerboard or turn of the DIM thingy to see if that helps. I don't use summerboard so I cannot tell you much. I read the info from another thread.

I don't understand your question. Can you do what process?

i exactly did that this morning and i think the phone is a little better, without that dim thing.

the process that i say is:
restore in itunes to 1.02
activate/jailbreak/unlock?
that downgrade FW an baseband? or only the FW
and if i restore in itunes to 1.0.2 what method of activation/jailbreak/unlock should i use, the one for 1.0.2 or for 1.1.1.

i think it was best before the 1.1.1 update, i did that update mostly for international characters like "ñ" or accents "á" but i think its preety sloooow,...
