Ok I have a iphone 1.1.1 otb... I used the 1.1.2 prep and made it 1.1.2 then the software update to make 1.1.3. Lots and lots of weird problems... I want to know if I can just do a restore to 1.1.1 through itunes... Thanks

You have 04.02 BB for 1.1.2.
If you go to 1.1.1 and stay there, you will have to downgrade BB.
Stay at 1.1.3.Do a complete RESTORE to 1.1.3 in itunes and then use ziphone.
First ever Apple product I bought : iPhone.

Thank I think I was wrong...
So I will start over...
MY phone was a 1.1.1 OTB.
I did the jailbreak and activation cause I am on T-Mobile.
Right now I am looking like this
04.02.13_G
3.9_M3S2
I don't know how to downgrade the baseband... I looked through the forums and can't find anything on the ziphone method.
Here is what my phone is doing..
Sometimes when I open texts it just goes back to the springboard and won't let me text. I have to reboot the phone
No custom ring tones work. period
it freezed on the unlock screen and just holding the power button does't work, I need to act like I am restoring it
Edge doesn't work
There are lots of other things, but I am stuck constantly re-booting this phone and I am ready to try and get it re-stable.
If I do a restore to 1.1.3 how do I unlock it and activate it on t-mobile
or how hard is it to simply downgrade the baseband. And with a baseband downgrade I assume first I do a restore to 1.1.1 jailbreak and then downgrade?
Thanks for all the help

Do a restore to 1.1.3 in itunes. You will have to do shift+restore as 1.1.4 is out and you don't want that right now.
Here is a nice tutorial on how to do activation/jailbreak/unlock by ziphone for windows.
