From the serial number, I can tell my UK OTB iphone was made in week 43. I know that all iphones which were made in or after week 45 have bootloader 4.6, and cannot be unlocked at the momnet; and many geniuses are working on it.

So, my question is if there is anyway to tell which bootloader resides in my iphone, without jailbreak it? Or should I simply believe a UK OTB iphone has the new bootloader no matter when it was made?

I'm not motivated to jailbreak it for the moment because I would like to wait for a final solution.

All UK iphones have bootloader 4.6 regardless of which week.

yea mine is 42 weeks and it has 4.6 .... as s!lencer said all UK phones have 4.6!
