    I hate to sound like a prick, It's not intentional.

    When will we be getting a cleaner unlock similar to the certain pay one that rips off other peoples work - whereby it somehow unlocks the phone so that it is indiscernible from a phone unlocked with the special code?

    Allegedly the way the patch out now works is messy, and caused bricked phones when the upgrade to 1.1.1 was done.

    I don't think ever. Unless one of the dev teams could get someone from inside apple.
