They have to, it's their policy. If you are one of the donator, you will be questioning about their progress too, won't you?

If IPSF uses devteam-developed methods to improve a product which they turn around and sell, the LEAST they should do is to give something back. I think they should release their "safer" unlock method into the public domain (or at least share it with the devteam). It is the only civil thing to do.

Screw IPSF, they are the people who steal from the neighbour and starts a flea market in their garage, and then thank the neighbour for providing the products on sale... I'm gonna wait for the iDev guys, even if it's going to be a couple of weeks, it doesn't matter for me. This isn't about money, it's about principle, Sam and the others are great noble people, IPSF are fucking greedy shit.

errrrrrrrr......
Why does Bill Gates just not release the source cost for windows xp/vista ....
Why do drug companies try to screw high prices out of there medicines early on because once the patents up and its synthesized there is no product.
If they give out there method they have no product.

This thread is just stupid and unproductive....
Does patching the phone number formats file still work in 1.1.1
Can I just copy my old file across or do I need to edit a new file format.
There that a valid question to kill this thread dead.

Not trying to disrespect, but WTF??
If you restore to 1.1.1 than everything will be wiped out, if you UPDATE to 1.1.1 than the answer to your questions is YES.

Why are you hating on IPSF? They seem like the only ones who do everything right so why cant they make a few extra bucks? I just bought a liscence for $50.00 and that isn't too bad.
IPSF seems like there on top of there game and maybe there a bit smarter. Just my thoughts

Guys, those of you who truly support the dev team, please do NOT use/pay IPSF. Time and time again IPSF has proven that they depend heavily to the DEV TEAM.
WITHOUT this jailbreak that the DEV TEAM made, IPSF v1.6 will be a piece of s**t.
Netkas has posted that the Dev Team has found the secpack, so please be patient and wait for the free unlock to show your TRUE SUPPORT for them.
ANYONE that agrees, please bump this thread and keep this on top of all the IPSF 1.1.1 unlock thread.
(now this is what i´m talking about those who wants to earn money with other people's help don't disearve it earn money. they must give it fore free just as is sugest to be!)

No doubt that their unlock solution is the best as of now. But they are still using the dev team free jailbreak method for 1.1.1 to make their solution sell able. get it?
