Are zou sure? Apple must have changed all their phones in store to have the newest version on it.
What is meant by the downgrade instruction when it's said that I have to chose the 1.02 version. If I download the file I got a lot files in the folder. Which do I have to chose?

Yes, this is 100% sure, Apple changed the graphics on the recovery screen vs. FW 1.0.2 (yellow triangle). Why would Apple need to change all their phones in the store, they sell like warm bread, meaning that the best chance to get a FW 1.0.2 iPhone is still (or was until recently) at local AT&T stores. :p
Please read the downgrade instructions CAREFULLY, you can do it, just READ and follow them with a 100% precision.
Btw: you just bought yourself an iPod Touch because downgrading to FW 1.0.2 only allows you to activate, jailbreak, etc. the phone, you can't software unlock it yet. Bad luck I guess...
