What will be the BL, if I DFU restore 1.1.4

The bootloader will not change if you DFU restore on any firmware

If you want to change the bootloader you need to use the bootneuter app that's available from installer

I read somewhere that with 3.9FB and downgrading to 1.0.0/1.1.1
will endup with 3.8 stock BL.

Thats correct, but why the hell would you downgrade to 1.0.0 or 1.0.1
