Hi Guys!

I was given a bricked Iphone, in the past I succesfully unlocked 4 Iphones.
The friend who gave me the iPhone told me he tried to unlock it but he failed.

I asked him which firmware it has. Also which procedure he made to perform the unlock, But truelly he had NO F***ing Idea.

So now we have a nice challenge!!

-I've tried to restore at the latest version (FW 1.1.4).
-I've been able to restore (FW 1.1.4) at least that's what itunes said. But in fact the Iphone's screen is always on black even if we press the bottons.


Now I have three different kinds of errors At the beginning it gave me three different types of errors while restoring (#9,#1013,#1015).

Problems:

Iphone stuck on DFU.

iBrickr doesn't recognise my iphone. (so it does not kick DFU in order to procedure with iliberty unlocking)

Iphone shows apple logo ONLY on screen while restoring FW with Itunes.

I'll be thakfull if someone smart works it out!

My friend's iPhone also has the same problem...
He doesn't know what he did to it as well that made it turn out this way.

Has your's been remedied?
If so please let me know how it can be done so i can help my friend get his out of the DFU mode.

tried pwning it?
changing bootloaders? Basebands, different Firmwares?

well what was the last thing you did?

I tried pwning, using iLiberty+ to kick it out of restore mode. Thried using ZiPhone to jailbreak it again, i tried restore with itunes. I spent all day yesterday tryin to fix it, I was even going to take it apart and take out the battery and pt it back in. But when i was opening it with the razor blade I stabbed myself by accident.

whoa man don't take it apart. I know this might sound silly but what ipsw did you use for pawnage ?

It only would recognize 1.1.4 so i did that and made it not jailbreak so it was like restoring.

No I mean what was the exact name of the ipsw that you used also I hope your stab wound is ok....
