does anyone have problem with their CLOCK app and Settings > General > Date & Time ?

mine was working fine before the DST until this morning when i woke up and trying to turn on my alarm in CLOCK app thats when i noticed i cannot access the CLOCK app nor the DATE & TIME.

i have read up about this problem, and that a restore will fix this. before i'm doing that i just want to ask if anyone have this problem too after the DST.
