    He probably uses one of the XSim method. With that price he pays the XSim and gets around $50-$80 profits.

    I saw similar posts on ny.craigslist and toronto.craigslist.
    Personally, I think it's crap. Or they use HW method. Did want to answer my question if this is SW or HW unlock. Said "I'll do it in 15 minutes before you".
