seems like we are getting reports of week 38, 39, and 40 being possibly 1.1.1 with 39 and 40 being more likelly 1.1.1 and 38 being both. Hope this helps those who want to take it back. You could always ask the store to look for a week 37 -38 for you because you heard they had better quality screens. But any smart seller would know your trying to dodge 1.1.1 firmware.

good luck shoppers by my count there's still plenty of 1.0.2 boxed phones to be found yet, or you could always buy pre unlocked from ebay, (But caution Ebay sellers may lie and have 1.1.1's and You have to pay the postage back for a return)

I found me an AT&T store in the boonies somewhere that still has week 32 stock!! Yeah!!!!!!!!

Another 7S739 is 1.1.1 ... shipped from Apple on 9/27.
