Help me please im going nuts with this, i've tried it so many times already but i keep getting errors, this is what i did:

note: i tryed both 1.2.3 and 1.2.4 and also itunes 7.4.1 and 7.4.2 with no luck.

1: had a 1.0.2 phone (virgin, only jailbraked)
2: updated to 1.1.1
3: realized i needed to do something in 1.0.2 so i downgraded using independence
4: back to 1.0.2 activated/jailbraked, installed ssh/sftp with independence , but when i tried to prepare it for the 1.1.1 update it told me it could not connect to it.... so i installed apptap, bsd subsystem and open ssh, finally was able to connect to the phone and successfully did pre updated thing.
4: upgraded to 1.1.1 with itunes (tryed it both with 7.4.1 and 7.4.2)
5: activated with independence, it made me shut down my phone twice and at the end told me that the activation was successful,but jailbrake failed, but iphone is not even activated and also itunes wont detect it to be able to activate.

help please?
