For Canadian people, do you have ringtones option in ur itunes?

My iTunes 7.4.3 does not show the ringtone under library, and in the preferences, there is no ringtone checkbox to show. As showed below:

Someone says that's becoz I am in a country where Iphone is not released. so Apple blocks the itunes option, is that true?

or someone helps me with a solution to this, thanks!

i have the option there, but it wont let me make any ringtones

Mine didn't have it until I made some ringtones with a tool from Rogue Amoeba in iTunes 7.4 and synced to my iPhone. Since that doesn't work anymore and those ringtones are gone, it's still there.

P.S. If you want ringtones just use iToner (it's awesome and you can use whatever you want), or make an AOL account and put in some fake info and buy a US iTunes card on eBay to buy ringtones.

showed up for me after i added ringtones to my iphone, did it using 7.4.0.86 or what ever it is. the one that you just rename the files

also if you havent noticed no song file even says you can make a ringtone unless you change the country to USA in itunes store then it shows up. actually on second though maybe thats why i have it in my itunes now (i didnt for a while) try changing your country to USA in iTunes and sync up your phone. i assume you atleast have the ringtone tab when you have your iphone pluged in right?
