there are loads of upgrades from 1.1.1 to 1.1.2 but nothin from 1.0.2....i unlocked with anysim if u need to know that...i just wanna get me some new firmware....any help really appreciated

Safest way would be to upgrade to 1.1.1 and unlock with AnySim 1.1 and run OKtoPrep and then upgrade to 1.1.2 and unlock with AnySIM 1.2.1u with Airplane mode OFF!!

done it with my girlfriend last week
virginized (always fun to do to a gf ) upgraded to 1.1.1 jailbreaked, unlocked with anysim 1.1 (just in case, was quick anyway) then up to 1.1.2, back down to 1.1.1 but keeping baseband, unlocked baseband with anysim 1.21u installed oktoprep, back to 1.1.2, jailbreak, lockdown.
sounds like a lot but all in all took a bit over an hour, all using my own site:

Well, there are a tons of posts that describe what you want. However, it is save to go directly from 1.0.2 to 1.1.2 as long as you are sure, that you have no corrupt baseband, meaning your seczone is intact.
Depending on which anySim you used initially to unlock your phone, you have to virginize your phone or not.

Once that is assured do a restore in iTunes to 1.1.2 and afterwards a restore back to 1.0.2 and run anySIM 1.2. Now you can directly update from 1.0.2 to 1.1.2

No n00b, its not as hard as it sounds. Just read like everyone else. And you can't brick your iPhone with this method. Just dont run anysim 1.2u when ur in 1.1.2 firmware.
