The problem is - it isn't on Installer due to server error (I had the same problem when 1.1.1 unlock solution came out).
I'd copy files for you, but I'm not sure what else is needed besides contents of /usr/bin/
But seriously, I won't recommend unlocking it by downgrading.

you can get BSD subsys through iBrickr, install the PXL service , then "Browse Applications" and look for BSD.
