What I saw was environmental stuff & not the of the chip.

Environmental:

Working Temperature
0 ~ 55ºC, 90% relative humidity (non-condensing)
Storage Temperature
-20 ~ 80ºC, 90% relative humidity (non-condensing)

I dont think the temperatures reached that level.

actually, both of you guy were right about that. When the temp reach to certain level, the chip will shut down. Let's start off with unstable wifi...The wifi will not work more than 10-15 min in a normal temp. If you lived in somewhere have a high temp, you'll notice the difference. For the freezes on screen problem, there no way to fix it because somehow the chip have been patched.... If you don't trust me, try it yourself. If any of you have the frozen screen, down load Iphone pc suite then hit "Finder" check out the /dev folder. You'll see all bunch of files with 0 mb (blank, nothing written). I tried to reflash all the files back from a working phone but nothing work out.

Any suggestion dtube? i emailed you about this last time. also, i been finding solution for 5 month by now. Then finally come up with the solution where i need to turn the wifi (change mac addr.). Then use iphone pc suite to put apps into iphone.

I remember that when i Run something with iliberty
it will say something about the folder u said. dev
it says error in every folder that is looking for a file.

Give me the exact adress. i will try to fix it copying the files like u tried.

Dunno if it has something to do with his problem but i have noticed WiFi drops if my BT is turned ON and iPhone is paired with my BT earphone.

the folder is /dev (when changed wifi mac addr to "00")

If you changed wifi to exact addr (phone will freeze but you still open "finder" using iphone pc suite) then the phone will only have "itune helper" folder with nothing inside .

i got an idea how about we share our table value to see what is the difference (i mean all the number when we open up "hwinfo" app). What you guy think?

The overheating is just a guess, other than that, I don't have any idea what's causing the wifi to fail.
